A savory and sweet pork tenderloin, best served with rice or mashed potatoes.
Gather all ingredients.
Place pork tenderloin and soup mix in a slow cooker. Pour water, wine, and balsamic vinegar on top, turning pork to coat. Spread garlic evenly over pork, leaving as much on top as possible. Season with pepper.
Cover and cook on Low until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), 2 to 3 hours.
Remove pork from the slow cooker; let rest for 10 minutes.
Slice pork tenderloin and serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus. Enjoy!
For a thicker sauce, gradually add flour and/or corn starch after removing the tenderloin, but while the drippings are still hot. Adapted from 'Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker' recipe from allrecipes.
